Lavrov thanks the Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) University for inviting him again and congratulates staff on their new premises — his first visit since they moved in. He frames these frank, informal meetings as reflecting the strategic character of alliance relations between Russia and Tajikistan, interaction that is without exaggeration on the rise in all areas.
