Lavrov tells Dmitry Kiselyov that Russia holds irrefutable — not 'highly likely' — proof the Douma incident was staged by a country leading the Russophobia charge, later identified by Defence Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov as the United Kingdom. The video that triggered US-UK-French strikes on alleged chemical production and storage sites is the starting point; Moscow will not imitate London by accusing without evidence, but says proof is already abundant.
