1. Russia’s Longstanding Thai Partnership

The diplomatic agenda emphasizes the Asia-Pacific as the long-term engine of the world economy and ASEAN-centred cooperation as a stabilizing framework. Thailand’s minister points to constraints on trade and investment but sees larger opportunities ahead, especially as the countries approach the 130th anniversary of diplomatic relations.
